The other night I was invited to attend the blogger event for the launch of the new Illamasqua The Sacred Hour collection. The collection draws it inspiration from Dawn and Dusk and the transition we make as women from our more demure soft side during the day to our strong powerful beings we become at night.
The imagery in this collection is amazing, to me it screams spirits and witches and has a very pagan feel, doesn't help I'm a sucker for crystals. Love it. Fun fact, the Dawn Spirit and the Dusk Warrior are the same model.
Prepare for a picture heavy post!
The Sacred Hour contains 1 new Reflection eyeshadow pallet, 1 new lipstick in Shard, 1 new polish Facet and 1 re-release of a discontinued polish Hemlock, 1 new set of false lashes in Lush, as well as 2 brand new items to their line, 2 velvet blushes in Sleek and Peaked and a new range of concealors based on their Skin Base foundation, Skin Base Lift in 6 shades plus white.
Now my photos from the night! I was also asked to photograph the night for the Illamasqua team so keep an eye out for more photos on the main Illamasqua Facebook page!
I had a great night as per usual and the collection is amazing. I got a goodie bag for attending the night as well as a few extras in thanks for photographing the night, I will show you those in another post.
A huge thanks to the Illamasqua Sydney team as well as the lovely ladies at Tailormaid for inviting me along.
